  • Dzokhar Tsarnaev was sentenced to death, though there will no doubt be a lengthy appeals process (The Atlantic)
  • “Is DNA the Next Frontier in Privacy?” (Al Jazeera)
  • A federal judge is considering the release of John Hinkley, the would-be assassin of President Reagan (Washington Post)
  • A dean at the University of Virginia has sued Rolling Stone for how she was portrayed in now discredited story about a rape on the campus (NPR)
  • A retired police officer recalls the Miranda decision and an ensuing DWI arrest (Law Library of Congress)
