Students can now reserve group study rooms online by visiting http://libcal.jmls.edu/booking/studyrooms or by clicking Study Rooms on the library’s website.
Study rooms are available for group study by two or more current JMLS students. Each student is limited to reserving two hours per week. After submitting a booking request, an email will be sent requesting confirmation of the reservation. Students will have 12 hours to confirm their reservations by clicking the confirmation link inside the email.
There are 9 group study room available on the 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the library. Students can click on the information icon next to the room number in the booking system to see the number of tables and chairs in a room as well as if the room has a whiteboard or podium. Study rooms are available to be reserved 1 week in advance.
