CVN Law School is the new portal for Courtroom View Network. CVN Law School, formerly known as Audio Case Files, contains downloadable MP3 files of court opinions. This is a great resource if you prefer to listen to audio instead of reading text. You can search by case name, by subject or by the name of your casebook. For example, if you are using the Dukeminier casebook in your Property course, you can download audio versions of the opinions.
CVN Law School is also a great resource if you are in Trial Ad or preparing for Moot Court because it contains streaming trial videos. You either search for videos by case name, practice area, lawyer or party name or you can view videos by the stage of the trial and the trial advocacy technique you are interested in. For example, you can search for & view videos specifically related to Cross Exam: Impeachment by Prior Inconsistent Statement.
